If you are not happy with your purchase, refer to "How do I request a refund?". Although PSB Speakers do not charge our customers for shipping, should you wish to return the item within the first 60 days for any reason other than warranty, you will be required to pay for return shipping (flat rate $40)** to our warehouse.
*This policy covers purchases on the PSBspeakers.com store. When the product is received in good condition, we will refund your full purchase price, including tax.
**$40 flat rate shipping cost is deducted from the refund at the time of return and refund processing. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs ($100) for packages that weigh more than 75lbs or Towers. You will be notified of additional charges before return labels are issued.
