Completely remove the initial protective film! The charging contacts of the earphone/case are covered with a protective film during manufacturing and distribution. Please remove this protective film to prevent any charging issues.
If there is no audio coming from either of the M4U TWM earphones or if one earphone is unpaired:
- Examine the LED Indicator on the non-active earphone. If there is no Red or White LED, press and hold the control button for more than 1 second to power it on.
- If there is still no LED, place the earphones in the Charging case and wait for 2 minutes. On the charging case, the first and fourth LEDs will blink White, indicating the earphones are being charged.
Note: Verify that the charging case has sufficient power to initiate the earphone charging process. - Open the charging case, the earphones will power on automatically. The LED indicator on each earphone will flash Red once and White twice, accompanied by an audio prompt indicating the power status and battery level.
Connecting
Upon powering on the M4U TWM, it will automatically reconnect via Bluetooth to the last known device. This will be indicated by the "Connected" audio prompt status, and the LED indicators on both earphones will flash White every 5 seconds.
Pairing
If the last known device is unavailable, the earphones will be in pairing mode. The left earphone's LED indicator will blink Red and White, while the right earphone's LED will blink White every 5 seconds. An audio prompt will accompany this, indicating the pairing status.
