Initiate a factory reset on your M4U TWM in case of disconnection, lag, malfunction, or hanging in either the Left or Right earphones. Perform a factory reset as well to clear the pairing record or history of your M4U TWM.
IMPORTANT!
Performing a factory reset on M4U TWM will erase all Audiodo profiles and user settings stored in the earphones. Additionally, it will unpair the earphones from the connected device.
To factory reset the M4U TWM, perform the following steps:
- Hold down the Control buttons on both earphones for 3 seconds, then release the control button on each earphone to power off the M4U TWM.
- Once more, press and hold the control buttons on both earphones for 10 seconds, then release the buttons.
The LED Indicators on both earphones will flash White continuously. An audio prompt will confirm that the earphones are ready for pairing.
When the earphones are ready for pairing:
- The Left earphone LED Indicator will alternately flash Red and White.
- The Right earphone LED Indicator will flash White every 5 seconds.
To connect the earphones to a device, refer to our Help Center article.
Note: The M4U TWM can be factory reset through the PSB Headphone App that is currently connected.
