To request a refund when you check out as a guest:
- Submit your request for a refund using this return request form. You would require the order number, billing last name, and email address used for the order.
- Allow 48 hours for our sales team to review and evaluate your request.
- Upon approval, a PSB Speakers RMA number and return shipping information will be sent to your email.
- Provide the sales team with tracking information of the returned item (return shipping costs will be evaluated by the sales team. If the product is under warranty, the PSB Speakers will pay for return shipping costs).
- Your return item will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
To request refunds when you check out from your account:
- Log in to the PSBSpeakers.com user account.
- Navigate to My Orders.
- Choose View Order for the specific order you require to initiate a return for, and then select Return.
- Fill out the Return Items Information (available only for eligible items), and select Submit.
- Allow 48 hours for our sales team to review and evaluate your request.

Your refund credit will appear on your card 5-7 days after receipt of returned goods in original condition.
