To return items when you check out as a guest:
- Submit your request for a return/exchange using this return request form. You would require the order number, billing last name, and email address used for the order.
- Allow 48 hours for our sales team to review and evaluate your request.
Upon submitting your return request, the PSB Speakers Support Crew will review and provide a prepaid return shipping label and tracking number to your email.
Although PSB Speakers does not charge our customers for shipping, should you wish to return the item within the first 60 days for any reason other than warranty, you will be required to pay for return shipping (flat rate of $40) to our warehouse.
Purchased units within the return window of 60 days that are covered by warranty and are received defective do not incur a return shipping charge.
Your return item will be inspected upon arrival before your refund/exchange is processed.
Your refund credit will appear on your card 5-7 days after receipt of returned goods in original condition.
