To return items when you check out as a guest:
- Submit your request for a return/warranty using this return request form. You would require the order number and email address used for the order.
- Allow 48 hours for our sales team to review and evaluate your request.
- Upon approval, a PSB Speakers RMA number and return shipping information will be sent to your email.
- Provide the sales team with tracking information of the returned item (return shipping costs will be evaluated by the sales team. If the product is under warranty, the PSB Speakers will pay for return shipping costs).
- Your return item will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
To return items when you check out from your account:
- Log in to the PSBSpeakers.com user account.
- Navigate to Orders.
- Select Return item to initiate the return (available only for eligible items).
- Allow 48 hours for our sales team to review and evaluate your request.
