If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply contact the PSBspeakers.com customer service team in your region below within 60 days of delivery to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to return your purchase and receive a refund. Although PSB Speakers do not charge our customers for shipping, should you wish to return the item within the first 60 days for any reason other than warranty, you will be required to pay for return shipping to our warehouse.

PSB Speakers offers free shipping for all products purchased from PSBSpeakers.com. Once you have successfully purchased an item from PSBSpeakers.com and payment has cleared, your shipping information will be sent directly to you. In most cases please allow 2 business days for shipment of purchased items to leave the warehouse, however, shipping may take longer in some cases due to holidays or office closures.
